We can offer a special circus skills workshop and/ or circus performance in English. Shaun is a native speaker and experienced teacher, both of English EFL and Juggling/ Circus Skills.

Our activities can be used as a fun and exciting vehicle to learn a variety of vocabulary ( parts of the body, animals), verbs and tenses, prepositions and other grammar points.

Circus and Performance is an excellent way to complement normal classroom learning as it is highly visual, comical and also helps to contextualise what learners have been focussing on in class.

The activities can be adapted to suit any age group or level. We have used these activities with learners from 3 years old right up to prficiency students.

We can bring a wide range of activities from parachute games, juggling, diabolo, plate spinning, unicycles, balancing objects, balancing with other people, stilts etc.

Performances include easy to understand jokes, music, games and audience participation. Circus skills can be run as a one off special treat for learners, as an annual visit to schools/ accademies or as a weekly project.

It is the perfect way to promote English Language in cultural week, as an end of term activity, a way to study the circus in class and most importanly combine learning with lots of fun.

We can also train English teachers in basic circus activities and cooperative games that they can incorporate into their own classroom teaching.
